The managing director, care coordinators and supervisors have daily duties and responsibilities to ensure that our dedicated team is managed and mentored effectively and efficiently. This is in terms of always working towards the agreed person centred care plan and in line with regulatory requirements or legal obligations. You will meet and discuss with the senior care team. The following highlights their various roles including how they will care and support you or your loved one. 


The Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The CEO is dedicated to ensuring the smooth running of our team; making sure that the whole team is working to regulatory requirements and that all training and personal development of our staff is up to date. The manager has several years of experience and qualifications in social care arena.


Mr Acha Lawrence Tebo is the CEO/founder, nominated person and registered manager of Honor Care Limited. He is a qualified social worker since 2009 and also has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management and International Business. He has worked with for example adults, older people, carers and families as a carer and qualified social worker as well as has management skills, competences and experiences over the years. Therefore he has extensive knowledge and experience of delivering care to the exacting standards of the regulatory body Care Quality Commission (CQC). Essentiallyhe is experienced in seeking and delivering innovative ways of providing care or delivering an uncompromised quality service that individuals within the company feel proud of.


Care Supervisor

The care supervisor is usually seen out and about with our carers, mentoring and training them. You will meet the care supervisor when they provide a care assessment. The care supervisor will also attend the first care visit to introduce the carers to you. Their role is also to review each care plan, ensuring that the care service we provide is always meeting the changing needs of our customer.

Our care supervisors are sufficiently experienced and always available to answer any questions that you may have regardless of whether you are receiving our service or considering it. 


Care Coordinator

The care coordinator is experienced and are responsible in ensuring that carers arrive at the correct time and are able to complete their home visits efficiently. A coordinator also ensures that our customers are informed straight away in an event whereby there are any changes to the carers due to sickness or holiday. Care coordinator equally make sure that the carer who visit each client is fit to work to the agreed care plan, and that they match any specific needs requested by the client.
