As a new customer with us, we will send you a four-weekly invoice which is payable by direct debit. You will be given a direct debit form to fill when you have decided to receive Honor Care Limited Service.
If you would like to split payment for you care between other relatives then please let us know as this can easily be arranged with you.
If you receive full social care service funded support, this means that your local authority may pay Honor Care Limited directly for the care and support we provide for you.
You can pay for your care yourself when you are funded by your local authority in the form of Direct Payments, Individual Budget or a Service Fund. You can pay and manage your care yourself from this allowance. Different ways to pay Honor Care Limited are detailed below but direct debit is our preferred method. You might receive a combination of some funded support from your council and privately for some of your care to top up your care provision in which case the same applies.
If at the moment you are not paying you care bills by direct debit and would like to set it up then please request a form from the office using the address below.
We are yet to accept this option in the near future.
You can do a bank transfer directly from your bank to ours all you need to do is to give us a call on 0121 4486620 to arrange it.
We do not accept payments by cheque.
We do not accept cash payments and as such, please do not send cash to our office or let alone pay it to any of our care workers.
