Support for families

Not only support at home but also for the whole family

Top of Form

Living far away from a vulnerable relative or trying to combine your caring role with other commitments such as childcare and/or full or part time work can be increasingly difficult. We fully understand the situation and strive to help so that when you are not able to be there, you will have peace of mind that we will always be there for your loved one at all times.

Our dedicated carers can regularly pop in to see your loved one. So even if there is not much call right now for care and support at home, any changes in general health or well-being will be noticed and reported for your information and action.

Our pride is to hear from the people we support and their relatives that our cares are making a huge difference in their lives through the high standard of care we are committed to delivering.

How can we support the whole family?

We support families in a range of different ways:

  • Providing respite care so that you can take a short break from caring role.
  • Providing piece of mind by communicating with you when caring for your loved one (at request and agreement)
  • Dementia support for the whole family
  • Enabling independence for people with physical disabilities or learning disabilities
  • Supporting a loved one back to independent living following a stay in hospital
